            So I got to see the Warcraft movie today, I really enjoyed it. However, I’m a fan of the games and know the lore. I brought two friends with me, one who somewhat knows the lore, and one who was only interest because Travis Fimmel was in it.             So first things first, the combat choreography and camera shots were very well done. I’ve seen movies where the camera angles are so shaky in the fight it makes the scene unenjoyable. Second off, the music was very good, in some parts of the movie there were nods of similar themes from areas in the MMO-RPG, which I was the only one who noticed it in the theater, at least among my friends.             The special effects were well-done.            Who is your favorite Dragon Ball Z character? Most people answers are Goku, Vegeta, Gohan and maybe Future Trunks. All of those characters are great, but there’s one I feel that is generally forgotten about how much he contributes in Dragon Ball Z. His name is Piccolo.             Piccolo is a Namekian, an alien from the planet Namek. Piccolo, or rather Piccolo Jr. was born as the successor of Demon King Piccolo as an incarnation of the Demon King to exact his revenge on Goku due to being defeated and murdered by Goku. Piccolo Jr. doesn’t meet up with Goku until about three years after the battle where Goku had trained with Kami, Piccolo’s good half. “Make your own fate”             Fire Emblem Fates: Revelation, is the final campaign and version of the Fates trilogy. This version is the final game of the epic story that is told in the Fates trilogy. This version of the story is the cannon one and true ending of the trilogy.             Fire Emblem Fates: Revelation brings the factions from Birthright, the Hoshido, and the Conquest Faction Nohr, together in the final version. The interactions between the units of the two factions are fantastic. Having Ryoma, and Xander speak with each other and get a long was amazing. Revelation gives you units from both games, and even extra that are not in the other versions, and vice versa. Even brings the additional maps to get additional experience points from Birthright which add to your game time.          ...

“Miyatomo” Nintendo’s new game on smart phone Miitomo is a few things; charming, quirky, creepy, and weird. You can hook up your Mii from your Wii U or 3DS or make your own for this title. The biggest thing about this is the customization. It’s almost exactly like Tomadachi Life a 3DS sim game with Mii’s. I have never played Tomadachi Life, but I know enough about it, that Miitomo is very similar. Like with all Mii stuff, you have to put a nickname for your Mii. Unlike some of other Nintendo’s product, it doesn’t have a word sensor. So I can easily put in profanity despite the purpose of Miitomo to be a social media for Nintendo but in a game setting. Nintendo is generally very good about sticking to their family friendly audience that it’s a bit bizarre that this is an exploit in the product. Now, Nintendo isn’t too known for voice overs in their games. One it costs too much after a while, and two; never forget Star Fox Adventures. However, Miitomo has voice over...

“A song of Conquest and Fate”             Fire Emblem Fates: Conquest is truly an amazing game. I played it after finishing Birthright and I loved how both versions compliment the details of the stories of each other very nicely. Some parts of the story in both respective version had details missing that I wanted to know but were never explained. Both versions help explain it, or even hint how things could have been different if the avatar you made ‘chose’ a different path. Now, when I was playing the games I never saw it as a reference to Birthright or Conquest, but to Revelations, which is the true story which combines elements of the two and have all the characters that are a part of your team in respective versions together. “A song of Birthright and love”             Fire Emblem Fates: Birthright plays just like Fire Emblem Awakening and that is not a bad thing. I adored Awakening as a long time Fire Emblem fan, I even will go as far as to say that it was my favorite entry in the series, until Fire Emblem Fates came along.             Fire Emblem Fates: Birthright isn’t a complete copy and paste of Awakening; it’s actually quite different in many ways. Birthright introduces new weapons into the series and it’s cool that there’s more types of weapons in the series. The Hoshido, your family from birth, are more feudal Japan-like. Because of this, you get more feudal Japan weapons like: clubs instead of axes, katanas instead of swords, yumis instead of bows, festals instead of staves, shurikens instead of the Nohr counterpart of knives and naginatas instead of lances and more.             Fire Emblem is definitely one of my favorite gaming franchises from Nintendo along with The Legend of Zelda, Star Fox, Kirby, Pokémon, Metroid, and Smash Bros. Series. To honor the release of the new entry in the series; Fire Emblem Fates, I’m going to list my top five favorite moments/experiences I have had in the series. This is also to let you know how I feel about the series as I’m playing through Birthrights and Conquest right now and I plan on posting my reviews of them after I complete them. Warning Slight Spoilers: 5. The End of Grima (Awakening) Huge spoiler here, this is the ending in Awakening. Your avatar is given the choice to deliver the final blow to Grima who is you from Lucina’s future, or have Chrom deliver the final blow sealing Grima away.
